If you are unsatisfied with your product please email us and we will do an exchange. If you wish to return a defective product please contact to customer service and obtain a return authorization number. You returns must occur within 7 days of your shipment receipt for all items. We will replace items that were damaged in shipping except for bath bombs and salt which may break, but this will not affect their usage. We make every effort to avoid breakage. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with the carrier and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault.
